SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND METHODS
For major cities, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. In rural areas, it may take up to 10 working days. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
We ship orders via The Courier Guy, a reliable courier service, to ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.
We offer a flat rate of R100 for all orders nationwide. Additionally, orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.
After your order has shipped, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Please contact us as soon as possible at online@purepremium.co.za to request an address change. We can adjust it if the order hasn't yet been shipped.
If a delivery attempt is missed, The Courier Guy will typically make another attempt or contact you for further instructions.
If an item arrives late or damaged, please reach out to us at online@purepremium.co.za. Damaged items will be reviewed for a possible exchange, store credit, or refund.

Some items may be restocked, especially popular ones, but due to our limited edition collections, certain products are not restocked.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on undergarments, masks, perfumes, or other sensitive items.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Yes, please repackage the item neatly in a way that protects it, ensuring that all original labels and packaging are included to be eligible for a return.
If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
